“I first heard about CAROL Bike from Dr. Peter Attia on multiple podcasts,” Katherine says. With a shared interest in longevity, she and her husband—both chiropractors—decided to invest in a CAROL Bike of their own. “We purchased our bike back in 2020 and have been using it through different phases of life over the past 5 years.” 

 

In the early days, her training was focused and intense. 

 

“I was into the fitness tests, Fat Burn rides, and the longer rides,” she explains. “I wanted to get into the best shape of my life before having children. I had the time to do that then.” 

 

But as life changed—through pregnancies, a growing family, and shifting priorities—her workouts had to adapt. 

 

“Now I have two kids under two,” she says. “My workouts look very different. CAROL Bike allows me to still get a good ride in, without the time commitment.” These days, she rides 3x per week and complements that with strength and postpartum rehab sessions. 

Managing health goals after pregnancy

Beyond convenience, CAROL has also supported Katherine’s health in tangible, measurable ways.

 

“I had gestational diabetes during both pregnancies,” she explains. “Now, the 10-minute rides are helping me bring my fasting glucose levels back to my pre-pregnancy baseline.”
