However, if you have more time to dedicate to your fitness, there is a wide choice of further workout options like zone-based training, other HIIT programs, fitness tests, free rides with your favorite news and entertainment streaming apps, group classes with Peloton Digital, or virtual rides and races with Zwift, Kinomap, Rouvy, etc*.

While CAROL Bike is primarily designed for users aged 18+, children aged 10+ can also use the bike with adult supervision, provided they meet the minimum height requirement.
