Staying fit, focused, and sleigh-ready with CAROL Bike.
Between sleigh runs, chimney descents, and time-zone hopping, Santa needs fitness without friction. This is how CAROL Bike keeps him energized and ready for the longest night of the year.
Efficient workouts for a very busy man
Santa’s schedule is famously full. Between overseeing workshop operations, checking lists (twice), and keeping up with reindeer care, his days don’t leave room for lengthy training sessions.
“I don’t have hours to spare,” Santa says. “I need something quick. Something that works.”
That’s where CAROL Bike comes in.
REHIT fits neatly between meetings, sleigh checks, and the occasional cookie break. Just 2×20-second sprints deliver the intensity needed to maintain cardiovascular fitness, without losing precious time.
“5 minutes is perfect,” he says. “I can ride between toy inspections and still feel the difference.”
Training for the longest night of the year
Santa’s job demands endurance, leg strength, and focus, especially on Christmas Eve. To prepare, he mixes CAROL’s signature REHIT rides with Fat Burn, Endurance and Free Ride workouts.
3x/week, he sticks to REHIT.
“Short, intense, and straight to the point. Like a good list,” Santa says.
On quieter days, Santa switches things up with Fat Burn rides, usually twice a week.
“Fat Burn keeps me feeling light on my feet,” he smiles. “Important when you’re climbing chimneys.”
And on weekends? Endurance and Free Rides. A chance to spin a little longer, build steady aerobic fitness, and enjoy some uninterrupted time in the saddle.
“Sunday mornings are for longer rides. A bit of pacing, a bit of thinking. It’s when I plan routes.”

Plenty of room on the sleigh
CAROL Bike isn’t just for Santa, either.
With functionality for up to 8 rider profiles, the whole household (and workshop) can ride, each with AI-personalized resistance and progression.
“Mrs. Claus rides in the mornings. A few elves have profiles too,” Santa laughs. “Everyone gets their own setup. I did have to draw the line at Rudolph hopping on though.”
Routine over resolutions
For Santa, consistency matters more than seasonal resolutions.
“The goal isn’t just Christmas Eve,” he explains. “It’s feeling good all year round. Because the workshop won’t manage itself.”
By removing planning, guesswork, and time barriers, CAROL makes it easy to stick with training, even during the most hectic time of the year.
“It’s simple,” Santa says. “And when training is this simple, sticking with it becomes second nature.”
Santa’s verdict
When asked if CAROL Bike has earned a place on the Nice List, Santa doesn’t hesitate.
“Absolutely,” he says. “Efficient, dependable, and built to handle serious workloads. Sounds familiar, doesn’t it?”
