Zone-Based Free Ride

Set the resistance or select a target power zone for your personalized zone-based ride.

Train in your personalized power and heart rate zones. Here’s how:

– Set resistance or select a target power zone using the slider at the bottom of the screen

– Press the WATT button and choose your target power zone

To make sure the AI can properly measure your Functional Threshold Power (FTP) and learn where your power zones are, complete one of CAROL Bike’s Aerobic Fitness Tests in the Fitness Tests section first.
