VO2max Test

With just an 8-minute moderate intensity ride you can gauge your Maximal Aerobic Capacity (VO2max) and Functional Threshold Power (FTP).

This VO2max test comprises a gentle 4-minute warmup at 30 Watt target power, a 4-minute ride at a personalized submaximal target power, and an optional 3-minute cooldown.

 

It is considered less challenging than the other fitness tests and preferred for most riders to obtain VO2max and FTP estimates.
