How big is the bike?
CAROL Bike is designed to fit seamlessly into your home, with a footprint of 45.5″ x 22″ / 116cm x 56cm. Based on this we recommend allowing a space of 46″ x 46″ / 116cm x 116cm for the bike, plus an additional 22″ / 56cm to one side so that you can embark/disembark easily.

CAROL ships to most countries worldwide, meaning that no matter where you are, you can own the bike that gets you fittest, fastest.

How much does shipping cost?
If you live in the mainland US, Canada or UK, you can get your new CAROL Bike delivered boxed to your front door, garage, or lobby of your building at ground level with our basic delivery option.
If you require delivery beyond ground level, you will need to purchase a room of choice delivery. You can also choose to get your bike delivered fully assembled.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
If you live in the mainland US, Canada or UK, you will not need to pay additional duties or taxes on your order.
If you live outside of these countries, you might need to pay additional duties or taxes. These will be calculated and collected by DHL before they deliver your bike. Find more information on their duties and taxes policy here.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your bike has shipped – usually within 1-2 business days from placing your order.
Returns & warranty
What is the CAROL returns policy?
CAROL offers a 100-day home trial, no questions asked. If, for whatever reason, your CAROL Bike isn’t for you, we’re happy to refund you (excluding charges for room of choice delivery and assembly) and take back your bike.
This return service is free of charge if you live in the mainland US, Canada or UK. For all other regions you will be refunded for your bike, minus your original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
From 100 days after the date of delivery, you will not be able to return your bike or request a refund.
Once your bike has been collected by the carrier, it will be sent back to our warehouse for inspection. The inspection covers the operation of the bike as well as a walkthrough for any damages. As long as the bike is operational and only shows signs of minimal wear and tear, a full refund will be issued.
How do I return my CAROL Bike?
Arranging a return is easy, simply contact Customer Support and a member of the team will organize this for you.
We ask that you please return your bike in its original packaging.
Financing
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your bike using all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do you offer a financing plan?
Yes, we offer a 0% APR Finance plan for those in the UK and US. You can pay over 12 months with Klarna in the UK, or Affirm in the US. Note that we act as a credit broker and not a lender. Financing is subject to a credit check and approval. In cases of partial approval, a down payment may be required. Late or missing repayments may have serious consequences and cause serious money problems.
