Here's how it works:
Step 1
Your guest creates a demo account on your CAROL Bike and takes a ride.
Step 2
They purchase their own CAROL Bike using the same email address they used for the demo ride.
Step 3
Your account is automatically credited—$100 for home riders, $250 for commercial owners.

Every successful referral earns you CAROL credit: $100 for home riders, $250 for commercial owners. Use your credit towards your membership, accessories, or on additional bikes.
There’s no limit to how many people you can refer.
The more people you introduce to CAROL, the more credit you earn.
Who is eligible?
You must be a CAROL Bike owner to be eligible for referral rewards.
How will I get my referral credit?
Once your referral buys a bike with the same email they used for their demo ride on your bike, credit is applied to your membership balance. You’ll be notified by email and a one-time in-app message.
What if someone uses my profile instead of creating a demo account?
For tracking purposes, referrals must create their own demo account on your bike. They must also use the same email for purchase as for their demo ride.
Where can I see my membership balance?
Your credit balance is visible in your CAROL Bike app.
Can I swap credits for cash?
No, referral credit is non-refundable and non-transferable. It can only be used within the CAROL ecosystem.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
No, you can refer as many people as you like and the credit will keep adding up.
What happens if my referral returns their bike?
If the bike is returned, you keep the credit. But if returns outweigh rewards, future credit won’t be applied until your balance is positive again.
