Step 01
Measure
Every CAROL Bike ride already captures power, recovery and fitness age. Agen’s Band adds the signals a ride can’t see — continuous biomarkers, sleep, and recovery. All of it lands in one profile.
CAROL x Agen
CAROL partners with Agen.
Your data, training and supplements in one daily protocol.
CAROL is the expert in AI-personalized training. Agen brings the data, the longevity ecosystem, and personalized nutrition to match. Together, we’re building something bigger: a fully personalized path to a longer, healthier life — your training, your data, your supplements, all in sync.
The problem
The hardest part of optimizing your health isn’t effort, it’s working out what matters.
Your bike
knows your power output.
Your wearable
knows your sleep.
Your supplements
know nothing at all.
Too much information, and no way to know what to prioritize.
Together, CAROL and Agen are changing that.
What changes
Same science. Bigger loop.
Nothing changes about your CAROL Bike ride. REHIT is still REHIT: the most efficient workout, validated across 7 clinical studies. What’s new is that now it has a say in the rest of your day.
CAROL’s training line will join Agen’s devices, capsules and software for one connected stack under one subscription.
And this is just the start: we’re building out every product it takes to support a longer, healthier life.

How it works
Measure. Decide. Act.
Agen measures and decides. CAROL turns it into training. Together, the loop closes.
Step 02
Decide
Pick your goals — energy, recovery, focus, longevity — and Agen builds tomorrow’s protocol from today’s data. One app, your whole protocol.
Step 03
Act
The Agen Robot dispenses your exact dose each morning. You ride your 5 minutes. The app closes the loop and starts the next one, a little smarter than the last.
The products
Meet the Agen line-up.
Transparent. Scientific. Built on what works.

Agen App
You, in one app. Scan your face for instant vitals, connect any wearable, and turn it all into one clear daily plan. No need to swap wearables — Apple Watch, Whoop, Oura and more connect right in. Your CAROL Bike is next.
Free. Always will be
Agen Band
Know your body, day and night. The Agen Band reads 14 signals from your wrist and syncs them to the Agen app — heart rate, HRV, SpO2, respiratory rate, movement and sleep.
